Psychedelic facilitation is entering a new era. Oregon, Colorado, and New Mexico have established legal frameworks with real compliance requirements. But the tools available to facilitators were built for a different kind of practice: 50-minute sessions, insurance billing, and standard therapy workflows.
Facilitators were left to stitch together five or six tools: Google Forms for intake, Calendly for scheduling, spreadsheets for notes, Stripe for billing, and manual processes for compliance. Every tool solved one piece. Nothing connected the full picture.
